นโยบายการคืนเงินนี้มีผลบังคับใช้กับนโยบายของ Acupuncture near u สำหรับการคืนเงินให้ผู้เรียนและข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในการใช้บริการของ Acupuncture near u โดยผู้เรียนสามารถยื่นคำร้องขอคืนเงินภายในเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ในนโยบายการคืนเงินนี้
การใช้แพลตฟอร์ม Acupuncturenearu.com (“เว็บไซต์”) ของ Acupuncture near u ไม่ว่าจะในฐานะผู้สอนหรือผู้เรียน จะถือว่าคุณได้อ่าน ทำความเข้าใจ และยินยอมที่จะอยู่ภายใต้ข้อผูกมัดจากนโยบายการคืนเงินนี้แล้ว
ล่วงหน้า 46 วันขึ้นไป: คืนเงินเต็มจำนวน โดยหักค่าธรรมเนียมการดำเนินการ 10%
ล่วงหน้า 45 ถึง 16 วัน ก่อนวันเริ่มงาน: คืนเงินบางส่วน (50%)
น้อยกว่า 15 วัน ก่อนวันเริ่มงาน: ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินในทุกกรณี

ขั้นตอนการขอคืนเงิน: คำร้องขอคืนเงินจะต้องส่งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรเพื่อรับการพิจารณา โดยการคืนเงินที่ได้รับการอนุมัติจะดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 10 วันทำการ
การโอนสิทธิ์: สิทธิ์การลงทะเบียนสามารถโอนให้บุคคลอื่นได้ก่อนงานเริ่ม โดยมีค่าธรรมเนียมการจัดการ10 % ทั้งนี้ หากงานเริ่มขึ้นแล้ว จะไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์การลงทะเบียนได้
เหตุสุดวิสัย: งานสัมมนาที่ถูกยกเลิกเนื่องจากเหตุสุดวิสัย (เช่น สภาพอากาศรุนแรง อาการเจ็บป่วย หรือเหตุฉุกเฉิน) จะได้รับการคืนเงินตามเงื่อนไขที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้น
ข้อยกเว้นความรับผิดชอบ: ทาง Acupuncture near u จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางหรือค่าที่พักใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นของผู้เข้าร่วม
เงื่อนไข
อย่างไรก็ตาม ผู้เรียนไม่สามารถดำเนินการขอยกเลิก/เปลี่ยนแปลงรายการลงทะเบียนเรียน หรือขอคืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียนเรียนในกรณีต่างๆ ดังนี้
การตัดสินใจทั้งหมดในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับนโยบายการคืนเงินให้ผู้เรียนจะเป็นไปตามดุลยพินิจของ Acupuncture near u แต่เพียงผู้เดียว
โดยให้ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดและมีผลผูกมัดทั้งผู้สอนและผู้เรียน
ทั้งนี้ Acupuncture near u ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับเปลี่ยนหรือยุตินโยบายการคืนเงินนี้ได้ทุกเมื่อตามที่พิจารณาเห็นควรเพียงฝ่ายเดียว โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
ในกรณีที่ต้องการขอคืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียนเรียน ผู้เรียนจะต้องติดต่อทีมงานของ Acupuncture near u ทันทีที่ทราบเหตุอันสมควรในการขอคืนเงิน (ตามนโยบายการคืนเงินข้างต้น) แต่ไม่เกิน 12 ชั่วโมงหลังจากสิ้นสุดเวลาสมัครเรียนที่ผู้สอนระบุไว้บนเว็บไซต์
กรณีชำระเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิต
ผู้เรียนจะได้รับเงินค่าลงทะเบียนเรียนคืนกลับเข้าวงเงินบัญชีบัตรเครดิตที่ผู้เรียนใช้ในการชำระเงิน ภายในระยะเวลา 30 – 60 วัน นับจากวันที่ผู้เรียนได้รับแจ้งการคืนเงินจากทีมงาน Acupuncture near u หรือตามรอบบิลบัตรเครดิตของลูกค้า ขึ้นอยู่กับนโยบายของแต่ละธนาคาร ทั้งนี้ Acupuncture near u ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการหักค่าธรรมเนียมการคืนเงิน 10% จากยอดเงินที่ขอคืน หากมีการชำระเงินด้วยบัตรเครดิต
กรณีชำระเงินโดยการโอนผ่านบัญชีธนาคาร
Acupuncture near u จะทำการคืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียนเรียนกลับไปยังบัญชีธนาคารที่ผู้เรียนใช้ในการชำระเงิน (โดยชื่อบัญชีธนาคารต้องตรงกันกับชื่อผู้ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนบนเว็บไซต์เท่านั้น) ภายในระยะเวลา 7 – 14 วัน นับจากวันที่ Acupuncture near u ได้รับเอกสารครบถ้วน*

(1) เอกสารที่ต้องใช้ประกอบในการขอคืนเงิน ได้แก่
(2) สำหรับการชำระเงินโดยการโอนเงินผ่านบัญชีธนาคาร หากผู้เรียนกรอกข้อมูลเลขที่บัญชีที่ใช้สำหรับโอนเงินคืนผิดพลาดหรือไม่ถูกต้อง ทาง Acupuncture near u จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ทั้งสิ้นไม่ว่าจะเป็นกรณีใดก็ตาม
ในกรณีที่ผู้เรียนต้องการขอคืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียนเรียนด้วยเหตุสุดวิสัยและไม่อาจหลีกเลี่ยงได้อื่นๆ ที่ไม่เกี่ยวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลง/ยกเลิกตารางเรียนของผู้สอน
ทีมงาน Acupuncture near u จะตรวจสอบคำร้องขอคืนเงินของผู้เรียนแต่ละรายเป็นกรณีๆ ไป และตัดสินใจว่าสมควร ประสานงานกับผู้สอนเพื่อพิจารณาการขอคืนเงินตามคำร้องดังกล่าวหรือไม่
นโยบายการคืนเงินของผู้สอนแต่ละรายอาจแตกต่างกัน และคำตัดสินของผู้สอนถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดในทุกกรณี
ในเบื้องต้น ผู้เรียนสามารถติดต่อทีมงาน Acupuncture near u ส่งอีเมลระบุหัวข้อ “คำร้องขอคืนเงิน ด้วยเหตุสุดวิสัย” พร้อมแจ้งเลขที่รหัสอ้างอิงการลงทะเบียนเรียน รายละเอียดของเหตุสุดวิสัยและไม่อาจหลีกเลี่ยงได้ในการขอคืนเงิน และแนบหลักฐานประกอบการพิจารณาขอคืนเงินมาที่ acupuncturenearu@gmail.com
ผู้เรียนจะต้องติดต่อทีมงานของ Acupuncture near u สำหรับการขอคืนเงินในกรณีนี้ ภายใน 12-48 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาเริ่มเรียนที่ผู้สอนระบุไว้บนเว็บไซต์
ทั้งนี้ Acupuncture near u ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการหักค่าธรรมเนียมการคืนเงิน 10% จากยอดเงินที่ขอคืน หากมีการชำระเงินด้วยบัตรเครดิต
We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund and cancellation policy:
– 46 days or more: Full Refund minus 10% processing fee.
– 45 to 16 Days Before Event Start Date: Partial refund (50%).
– Less Than 15 Days Before Event Start Date: No refunds are provided.
Additional Notes:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to be considered. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Registration may be transferred to another person before the event starts, subject to a $75 handling fee. Once the event begins, registrations are non-transferable.
Seminars canceled due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather, illness, or emergencies) will be refunded per the terms above. HIAR and ANU are not responsible for travel or lodging expenses incurred.
Terms and Conditions
Learners may submit a request for a refund of the registration fee solely under the following circumstances:
The instructor requests a modification to the scheduled date, time, or location of the class.
The instructor cancels the class schedule or is unable to conduct the class at the designated date, time, or location.
However, learners may not request a cancellation, modification of their registration, or a refund of the registration fee under the following circumstances:
Errors resulting from the learner’s registration process.
A change of mind by the learner, under any circumstances.
Future fluctuations in course fees, including the application of any promotional discounts, under any circumstances.
All decisions pertaining to the learner refund policy shall be at the sole discretion of Acupuncture near u. Such decisions shall be deemed final and binding upon both the instructor and the learner. Furthermore, Acupuncture near u reserves the right to amend or terminate this refund policy at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
To request a refund of the registration fee, learners must contact the Acupuncture near u team immediately upon realizing a justifiable reason for a refund (in accordance with the aforementioned policy), but no later than 12 hours following the expiration of the registration deadline specified by the instructor on the website.
If the request is submitted beyond the stipulated timeframe, Acupuncture near u reserves the right to deny the refund under all circumstances. Please contact the Acupuncture near u team by sending an email with the subject line “Refund Request,” providing the registration reference number, and attaching supporting evidence for the refund consideration to acupuncturenearu@gmail.com.
1. Credit Card Payments Learners will receive a refund of the registration fee credited back to the credit card account used for the transaction within a period of 30 to 60 days from the date the learner receives the refund notification from the Acupuncture near u team, or in accordance with the customer’s credit card billing cycle, subject to the respective bank’s policies. Acupuncture near u reserves the right to deduct a 10% processing fee from the requested refund amount for payments made via credit card.
2. Bank Transfer Payments Acupuncture near u will remit the registration fee refund to the bank account utilized for the payment (the bank account name must strictly correspond with the name of the registered learner on the website) within 7 to 14 days from the date Acupuncture near u receives the complete documentation.*
Remarks: (1) Required documents for a refund request include:
A certified true copy of the learner’s bank account passbook (applicable for bank transfer payments).
A certified true copy of the learner’s national identification card.
(2) Disclaimer for Bank Transfers: For payments made via bank transfer, should the learner provide inaccurate or erroneous bank account details for the refund transfer, Acupuncture near u shall bear no liability for any resulting damages, irrespective of the circumstances.
In the event that a learner wishes to request a registration fee refund due to force majeure or other unavoidable circumstances unrelated to the modification or cancellation of the instructor’s schedule:
The Acupuncture near u team will evaluate individual learner refund requests on a case-by-case basis and determine whether it is appropriate to coordinate with the instructor to deliberate on the said request.
The refund policy of each individual instructor may vary, and the instructor’s decision shall be deemed final in all instances.
As a preliminary step, learners may contact the Acupuncture near u team by sending an email with the subject line “Refund Request Due to Force Majeure,” providing the registration reference number, comprehensive details of the force majeure and unavoidable circumstances prompting the refund request, and attaching relevant supporting evidence to acupuncturenearu@gmail.com.
Learners must contact the Acupuncture near u team for a refund under these circumstances between 12 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled class commencement time specified by the instructor on the website.
Acupuncture near u reserves the right to deduct a 10% processing fee from the requested refund amount for payments executed via credit card.
